Abstract Format
All abstracts must be submitted in structured format with the following headings:
Research / Clinical
Case Reports
Word Limit
250–300
words maximum
Word count excludes title, authors, and affiliations.
Authors
- List all authors with institutional affiliations
- Clearly indicate the presenting author
Formatting Instructions
Font
Times New Roman

Font Size
12 pt
Spacing
Single
Line spacing
Do not include tables, figures, or references in the abstract.

Review Process
All abstracts will undergo peer review based on:
Selected abstracts will be assigned as oral or poster presentations. All accepted abstracts are eligible for conference presentations. For the award category, only AROK members will be considered.
